LOWER MORTGAGE RATES? EL PASO NEW HOMES!
(On select homes, for qualified buyers, through builders' preferred lenders.)

El Paso builders are offering incentive rates and closing-cost help on select new homes that resale homes just cannot match. Before you visit a model home, let me compare the builders and their incentives for you.

Same Price. Very Different Payment.
Picture two homes, both priced at $300,000, both with 3.5% down. Buy the resale home at today's average rate, and your estimated monthly payment is about $2,754, including estimated taxes and insurance. Buy the new build with a builder incentive rate, and that same estimate drops to about $2,260 a month. That is about $494 less every month — and the new home comes with a builder warranty and brand-new systems.
Example only: $300,000 purchase price, 3.5% down, $289,500 loan, 30-year fixed. The resale example uses 7.40% — the Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey national average for the week ending October 15, 2026; an average is not a rate quote or an offer of credit. The new-build example uses an example builder incentive rate of 4.75%; in builder disclosures for an advertised 4.75% rate, the APR was 5.728%. Actual rates and APRs vary by builder, home, lender, and borrower qualifications. Monthly payments are estimates that include principal and interest plus estimated property taxes of $550 a month and estimated homeowners insurance of $200 a month, added equally to both examples.
